APC Accuses Rivers State Governor of Planning to Bribe Tribunal Judges
The Rivers State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has accused Governor Nyesom Wike of planning to bribe tribunal judges with N10 billion.
The party said the plot follows the Peoples Democratic Party’s poor showing in the governorship election petition tribunal sitting in Abuja.
The party, in a statement issued by Chris Finebone, the state Publicity Secretary of the party, said Gov Wike has already commenced negotiations to borrow a whopping N10 billion from Zenith Bank PLC for the sole purpose of bribing judges of the Tribunals, Appeal Courts among others.
The party stated that the plot will fail as the governor will be shown the way out of the Government House, Port Harcourt.
